April 16, 2013 - Dec. 15, 2013 Low Season $185 per night plus tax.
Dec. 16, 2013 - April 15, 2014 High Season $275 per night plus tax.
We love long bookings and are happy to offer substantial discounts if you are staying 10 nights, 14 nights, 28 nights or longer!
We can accept short stays under 7 nights if:
-you are contacting us close to your travel dates and we have openings
OR
-your short stay happens to fall very close to an existing booking.
We welcome all inquiries. Sometimes we do offer special rates for late bookings or bookings that happen to fit our calendar!

Payment Policy
We take payment, in US dollars, by check. If you prefer to pay by credit card there is an additional processing fee of 3.5% added to your total invoice. A deposit of $500 is due to secure your reservations. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
We are happy to refund in full, less a $50 cancellation fee, for all nights that can be rerented.
